## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM) intends to place a brand name specification into solicitation W9127824R0050 Engineer Research & Development (SMDC RDT&E Laboratory) in accordance with FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all information received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to include this proposed brand name specification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached NOIs for proposed Brand Name Specifications.
