## Description

Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) intends to negotiate/award a sole source contract with Gallup Inc. This requirement will be solicited as a firm-fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite - Quantity (IDIQ) and will be utilized to purchase CliftonStrength34 student assessments and Gallup data access. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) 206.302-1, only one responsible source and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements.
