The applicable NAICS code is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services. Market research has revealed that this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required service. Therefore, the government intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis from All-In Solutions, LLC. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by the deadline given with this notice will be considered.
