Under FAR 6.302-1, this is a sole source award to Goodrich Corporation, CAGE Code 97153, located in Troy, Ohio. ***Goodrich Corporation is the only known source who can perform this work. **** Option 2 Period of Performance (PoP): Year 7: April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 Year 8: April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028 Year 9: April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2029 Year 10: April 1, 2029 to March 31, 2030 This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Proposal(s) and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the Notice of Intent.
