## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT:** The 9th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and award to only one source (Siemens Industry, Inc.) under the authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).

**General Scope:** This service is a Technical Support Program (TSP) designed to support the Environmental Control System (ECS). Contractor support shall consist of emergency on-line support, on-site operator support/maintenance/training, on-site operator/programmer training and factory certification, on-site Apogee/Desigo CC server updates, Apogee Client & Desigo CC updates/licenses, and component replacement coverage.
