## Description

The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Servicios y Mercancias S.A. de C.V. for spare parts for HVAC air handling units for preventive maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and system integrity. Given the unusual and compelling urgency of the request, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
