The purpose of this acquisition is to furnish software license agreement renewal of the STAR-HPC (#1401.2) and STAR-CCM+ Add 1 (#1106.2) for the duration of a one (1) year period. The software is proprietary to Siemens PLM. The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this sole source action. The NAICS code is 511210 Software Publishers. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $38.5 mil.
