This work is considered out of scope because it involved a quantity of additional cost greater than what was originally scoped in the base task order. This out of scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to Burns & McDonnell Engineers Company, Inc. This requirement is for the design for the installation of a new Heating, Ventilation and Cooling System (HVAC) unit for the Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK) area, Administrative areas, and Break Room within Building 2327. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330.
