The print and digital advertising in the Super Bowl program will strategically extend the reach and placement of cancer prevention and control messages toour target audience. This vendor is the only one that provides this specialized service. Professional Sports Publications (PSP) is the agency chosen by the National Football League (NFL) to manage ad placements in the NFL’s Super Bowl and Pro Bowl Commemorative Magazines. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
