This is not a Request for Quote (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. 1. Service Information The Contractor concessionaire shall furnish all personnel, equipment (except as identified on the Government-furnished Property List), tools, materials, supervision, transportation, insurance, and items necessary to provide Barber and Beauty Shop services at the Paradise Cuts located within the Arctic Oasis Community Center.as defined in the PWS.
