We are requesting information for lodging and conference space for PACS in 2026. Details can be found in the attachment labeled "PACS 26 - RFI." Information being requested is for market research purposes only at this time. Summary of information requested: - Availability of 175 hotel rooms - One (1) Administrative room - One (1) Conference room with technical capabilities -Fifteen (15) break out rooms - Twenty (20) reserved parking spaces -Buffest-style breakfast -One (1) dedicated event coordinator - Method used for accountability of meals
