## Description

This Request For Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) is issued by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC), 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS) PKI. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). No contract award will be made on the basis of any response(s) to this notice. WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED 8(A) FIRMS ONLY.

**DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:** PACAF A5/8 is looking to add 2 FTEs with experience working as Foreign Area Officers (FAOs) in the INDOAPACIFIC theater to support COMPACAF priorities related to Building Partner Capacity and enhancing relationships with partners and allies. The contractor shall provide program management support to include synchronization, planning, operations, assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and strategic engagement coordination for security cooperation activities.

The Contractor shall provide security cooperation synchronizing, planning, and coordinating operations with other organizations supporting security cooperation engagements with PACAF partners and allies. When required, the contractor must have a minimum of Secret clearance on the first day of full contract performance. The contractor shall have at least two years’ experience as a Foreign Area Officer, Indo-Pacific language skills, and an expert level of understanding of Security Cooperation.

**ANTICIPATED CONTRACT:** The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract.

**Period of Performance:** one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The resultant contract award will include FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services for a period of performance not to exceed a six (6) month extension of services. The total period of performance shall not exceed five (5) years six (6) months. Interested parties shall provide responses in the format written out in the attached Request for Information (RFI) document.
