Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina (JB CHS), intends to solicit and award a single source contract for repair services on a T7 Multi-Mission Robotic System. 628 CONS intends to solicit and make an award to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., Cage 91417; a Other than Small Business, 2400 Palm Bay RD NE Palm Bay, Florida 32905-3377, USA. The contracting officer has determined the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. A copy of the single source justification is attached to this posting. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15), the proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
