## Description

ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING SERVICES, SYNOPSIS/Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Design of Shower/Toilet Unisex Facility Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska Amendment 0001 for Synopsis/RFQ for Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services, Design of Shower/Toilet Unisex Facility has been issued for Notice ID A03666, dated 10 May 2024. The purpose of this amendment is add the questions received in response to the Synopsis/RFQ and the answers provided (Attachment 1 Questions_ Answers_20240510).

Submit any questions or requests for clarifications to the responses in writing via email to maureen.badey.1@us.af.mil, no later than 1000.a.m. on Tuesday, 14 May 2024. A revised Synopsis/RFQ Version 2 has also been added to sam.gov in response to Items #1 and #2 from the Questions and Answers, with changes to paragraph 3(a)(iv)(2)(a) Past performance on DoD and other contracts (Attachment 2-AE Synopsis Toilet_Shower Facility_Version2).

Due to the delayed response to the update of the answers, it was decided to extend the Synopsis/RFQ submission due date to Friday, 24 May 2024 by 4:00 p.m. The information within attachment (Attachment 2-AE Synopsis Toilet_Shower Facility_Version2) supersedes the information within attachment (AE Synopsis Toilet_Shower Facility.pdf). Please refer to the Synopsis/RFQ attachments for more detailed information.

Amendment 0002 for Synopsis/RFQ for Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services, Design of Shower/Toilet Unisex Facility has been issued for Notice ID A03666, dated 13 May 2024. The purpose of this amendment is to add the questions received in response to the Synopsis/RFQ and the answers provided (Attachment 1 Questions_ Answers_20240513).

A revised Synopsis/RFQ Version 3 has also been added to sam.gov in response to Item #3 from the Questions and Answers, with an added paragraph l(f) Current Programmed Amount (PA) for this project is $1,800,00.00. All expended funds are to be used for, and in support of, the effort to do an in-house construction project for a Shower/Toilet Unisex Facility.
