Davis Drive Ste 207 Charleston, SC 29404-4825. The contracting officer has determined the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. A copy of the single source justification is attached to this posting. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(15), the proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
