This team is tasked with building a functional data ecosystem prototype within 90 days by integrating a curated stack of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and capabilities. The mission requires connecting to and modeling data from numerous legacy Defense Health Management Systems (DHMS) sources, including but not limited to the MHS Information Platform (MIP), MHS GENESIS, and other ancillary systems. Apsley Consulting Group LLC services are required to support pre-implementation, user adoption, change management, and cutover preparation activities in support of an experimental pilot for a Service Treatment Record (STR) Zero Day capability, that will help the Government determine the viability of this modality for future use cases.
