## Description

Used railroad ties designated as hazardous material (HM) with a RCRA hazard of “D”. Hazardous contaminant is creosote 15% creosote to 85% wood. Used railroad ties designated as hazardous material (HM) with a RCRA hazard of “D”. Hazardous contaminant is creosote 15% creosote to 85% wood. There are restrictions regarding reuse of these materials – please see Section I.6. The material issued under this contract shall be assigned a Demilitarization Code of A and will be categorized into the material code listed below.

Over the duration of the performance period the Government guarantees to issue the Purchaser a minimum total quantity equal to the “Minimum Guaranteed QTY (EA.)” identified per item listed in Table 1. The maximum total quantity the Government could issue during the base period is the “Maximum Allowed Qty (EA.) per item listed in Table 1. A.4 Table 1:
