## Description

Relocatable Buildings (RLB’s) located at Commerce city, CO. Purchaser will be responsible to determine best method of removal. Generally, the Relocatable Buildings offered under this sale are considered safe to sell and have no additional restrictions by this Agency. One (1) Relocatable Building that can be dismantled into 3 sections prior to removing or removed as intact. If purchaser decides to dismantle the relocatable building on-site, then the purchaser shall remove all components associated with that relocatable building and any residue created as part of dismantling process including any trash or refuse. Building dimensions: 36' X 42' broken down into 3 sections.
