## Description

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract for brand name specific AnChain Web-based subscriptions to AnChain.AI, Inc., 75 E Santa Clara St, Ste 900, San Jose, California, 95113. AnChain.AI, Inc. is the sole source provider for AnChain Web-based subscriptions.

**Criminal Investigation (CI):** Cyber Crimes Unit (CCU) is requesting these specific service(s) to aid personnel in conducting complex cybercrimes investigations. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. See attached Notice of Intent.
