There is required access to proprietary software, system configurations, and existing external devices ensuring that any upgrades or replacements are compatible with the existing infrastructure as it relates to the access, control, and upgrade of the CAC card readers at the District. This notice of intent to award a sole source is NOT a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the attention of: Francesca deBoer. Email: francesca.e.deboer@usace.army.mil. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is February 7, 2025 at 2:00pm CST. This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
