The acquisition is anticipated to be awarded as a single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with individual task orders awarded on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis. The requirement is a 100% set aside for competition amongst Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB 8(a)) certified vendors and will be competed using best value trade off procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and the size standard is $34 million.
