Omax Coororation (represented in the fedreral marketplace by Phillips Federal) is the sole manufacturer and distributor of a Water Jet cutting machine that can meet the specific needs of the governemnt (represented in the salient charachteristic document). Due to an absence of eligible compettitors capable of making a machine that meets the government needs, they are the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. The responder must be capable of fulfilling ALL charachteristics outlined in the Salient Charachteristics Document. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
