This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Only one source is reasonably available based on their possession of exclusive licensing rights. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336411. Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than 29 March 2024, at 2:30pm Alaska Daylight Time. E-mail responses will be accepted; however, senders are responsible for ensuring their complete transmission and timely receipt.
