## Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to issue a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about July 23 2024 to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Under the proposed contract, the contractor will provide MIW War-game Design and Coordinating Team (WDCT) to plan, execute, analyze and document Mine Warfare C4I and technology insertion war-games.

The WDCT consists of an overall Program Manager, Demonstration War-game C4I Coordinator, MIW Subject Matter Expert and a MIW C4I Engineer to integrate and coordinate the team's efforts and supportive logistics management to conduct tabletop war-games among joint service venues, and potentially interacting with other federal and state agencies. In addition, the Contractor shall provide a MIW Technical EOD Subject Matter Expert and an EOD Acquisition Transition Management Subject Matter Expert. Technical and operational expertise.
