## Description

EO 14035 has been repealed, necessitating the immediate discontinuation of related DEIA initiatives and programs. As a result, federal agencies are required to terminate any ongoing or planned efforts supporting the now-repealed EO. Accordingly, the HBCU HCAD effort will not proceed, and the acquisition has been terminated. Details provided in the letter attached to this notice.
