Intent to Sole Source. The MV Davenport has experienced poor engine performance from the starboard main engine, affecting the maneuverability of the vessel while conducting fleet operations. After conducting tests and checks through in-house personnel it has been determined that further diagnostics and repairs will be required from a certified CAT service center.
