## Description

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes from FEDLINK vendors for a subscription-based online service of scientific papers and standards in full text format that are not available for free on the internet in accordance with Section C – Statement of Work of the attached RFQ 9531BM24Q0018. The NTSB anticipates awarding at least one fixed-price task order off a vendor’s FEDLINK electronic resources IDIQ contract. Only quoters with FEDLINK contracts will be considered for award.

The NTSB reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in the Government’s best interest. The anticipated period of performance is one year from September 20, 2024 through September 19, 2025. Please see Sections L & M of the attached solicitation for Instructions to Quoters and Evaluation Factors for Award.
