The contract will procure plastic currency pallets and tops to transport printed materials within its facility and ultimately to the United States (US) Federal Reserve Banks (FRB). Security Paks International LLC is the only tested and approved source capable of manufacturing plastic pallets and tops that meet the specifications in Attachment A (Currency Pallet Diagram) and Attachment B (Currency Pallet Tops). Therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to Security Paks in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
