## Description

The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Philippines Transmitting Station is seeking a Dedicated Internet Service and Circuitry that efficiently deliver Mission Critical Transport Streams between USAGM Washington DC headquarters and USAGM Philippines Transmitting Station. These program contents are being used by the Philippines Transmitting Station in shortwave and satellite broadcasting while the Washington Headquarters use the return Transport Streams for monitoring contract compliance.

The total aggregated stream from Washington DC is approximately 40Mbps while the returns stream from Philippines is approximately 100Mbps. The U.S Agency for Global Media also maintains other Shortwave Transmitting Stations around the world. This circuit will also be used in maintaining the DMVPN link between these sites used in VOIP and Data communications. The approximate bandwidth needed for this purpose is 20Mbps also accounted for the required 150Mbps Committed Information Rate.

The USAGM Philippines Transmitting Station is situated at Tinang Concepcion Tarlac. The period of performance for this acquisition will be for five (5) years, one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
