The vendor has unique experience supporting ED through a number of communications and public relations campaigns and continuity of strategy is required. The existing agreement will be extended using a short-term, bridge contract to Benjamin Cobley to ensure ED continues receiving digital strategy support while pursuing other actions to obtain the services in the long term. The award will be a new short-term contract awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b), only one source reasonably available, to avoid a lapse in service. The period of performance is 4-months total through December 31, 2024. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of 13.106-1(b)(1) and utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents.
