The scope of work includes project management, design support, disassembly, transportation, reconfiguration, installation, and post-move furniture support services for existing Steelcase workstations, private offices, conference room furniture, marker boards, seating, monitor arms, and related furniture components. AUTHORITY: This award was issued pursuant to GSAM/R 538.7104-3(b)(ii), which permits restricting consideration when only one source is capable of providing the products or services required at the level of quality required because the products or services are unique or highly specialized. JUSTIFICATION: Dancker is the original supplier and installer of the Steelcase furniture systems included within this requirement. The existing furniture systems remain under manufacturer warranty and require specialized knowledge of the installed configurations, components, and system requirements.
