This Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) will help IES design and conduct these evaluations rigorously, quickly, and efficiently. By awarding task orders to one or more contractors with appropriate experience (e.g., large-scale surveys, extraction and analysis of extant data, implementation, and impact studies), and nimbleness, IES expects to reduce the time and costs involved in starting up separate studies and to better link across them.
