## Description

Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), the Department of Education intends to limit sources. An urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays. As a result, a task order was issued to The Manhattan Strategy Group LLC. The total length of the interim order to include the 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services is 12-months. This action is being completed to provide enough time for the Department to take corrective action in response to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims award protest case No. 23 2097.
