## Description

Modification to increase the contract ceiling under contract N00039-20-D-0021 on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company (Raytheon), 8650 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123-1502 for Global Positioning System (GPS)-Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Service (GPNTS) software support services. The total estimated value of this proposed contract modification is $80,600,000, which will increase the total contract value from $100,345,487 to $180,945,487.
