## Description

**Notice of Intent to Sole Source:**

**SPECIAL NOTICE:** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for firm fixed price construction contract for FY24 Repair & Expansion of Building 216 located at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado. As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

**HVAC:** The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement which requires Trane to be the sole source manufacturer in accordance with the Air Force’s standardization decision dated 17 July 2023. Network Controls: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement which requires Johnson Controls to be the sole source manufacturer in accordance with the Peterson EMCS Network standardization J&A dated 10 May 2024.
