The Draft LOGCAP VI Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) Matrix, which is referenced in the questions below. This RFI also provides an opportunity for vendors to submit brief white papers on relevant topics. 2.0 Instructions for Response Respondents are requested to provide the following information at the beginning of their submission: Company Name, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Company Address and primary Point(s) of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone) Small Business Certification(s), if applicable. The response must be submitted in two parts: Part A: RFI Questions Respondents are requested to provide a response of no more than ten (10) pages to address the questions in the attachment titled \"3.0 Feedback on Draft HTRO Matrix\" and a separate response of no more than ten (10) pages to address the questions in the attachment titled \"4.0 PWS Feedback and Future Capabilities.\" For clarity and ease of review, please structure your response to mirror the organization of the question documents.
