Verify if the transitional housing site is within a residential neighborhood governed by a Homeowners Association. If so, verify that the HOA will allow a transitional housing site within that neighborhood. If a vendor plans to provide a transitional housing location for veterans on the sex offender registry, please ensure that the location meets all requirements as defined in KRS 17.545.
