Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), intends to issue a sole-source solicitation (W912CH-25-R-0005) to General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. (GDLS), 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-3200.
