It is anticipated the FBOP will follow up with a solicitation at a later date. Interested participants are encouraged, but not required at this time, to submit brief capability statements to Mason Lacy, Senior Contracting Officer at mlacy@bop.gov and cc Ryan Wynne, Chief, at rwynne@bop.gov.
