## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement to provide support for Pentagon Force Protection Agency Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Capability sensors, effectors, subsystems and ancillary equipment and Pentagon air security systems. This effort includes all activity and work required to procure, install, integrate, test, tune, field, train, upgrade, optimize, and sustain the Pentagon Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS), and Air Security systems.

In addition, the Contractor will manage and provide oversight of all OEMs. Award of a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort contract, on a sole source basis, to provide for engineering and technical support services to:

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) 6725 Odyssey Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35806 THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
