This is a Request for Proposal for new, unused tires and related tire replacement services for Government vehicles and trailers identified by FEMA MERS Bothell. Services may be performed at the Contractor’s location or at the FEMA location, as coordinated with the Government.

\n\nThe Contractor shall not provide used, retreaded, recapped, regrooved, blemished, or previously mounted tires unless specifically authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.
\n\nSee attached Statement of Work for additional details. The proposals will be evaluated based on lowest priced technically acceptable in accordance with the Statement of Work.
