Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS).
