## Description

The 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) is transitioning to the use of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, as the exclusive tool for electronic processing of bid/offer/proposal submissions. Please see attached special notice for details. To prepare for this upcoming transition, vendors must register for PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil/. After registering in PIEE as a vendor, there is specific training on how to obtain the proposal manager role and use the PIEE Solicitation Module to submit proposals at https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/xhtml/wbt/sol/index.xhtml.
