## Description

It is the intent of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is to obtain the “Hitachi” EV and Velocity Suite. The Government intends to award as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type and best value will be determined using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation of each quote received will be based on price, delivery and completeness. Questions are due March 23, 2026, by 1:00 pm and Quotes are due by March 25, 2026, by 1:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Each offeror must have a current SAM registration.
