Competed under SAP Labor Hour In this particular situation, it is not possible to estimate accurately the extent duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence because of uncertainties of the commissions schedule and varying meeting times. The contract identifies the price and funding level which established the ceiling that the contractor shall not exceed. There will be adequate Government surveillance of contractor performance conducted by the COR. The COR will monitor the contractor’s performance and work output to ensure efficient methods and effective cost controls are being used.
