The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All work is to be completed within 180 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about May 2, 2024 and the projected bid due date June 3,
