The principal components of the work involve miscellaneous sitework, foundation and structural steel demolition, building demolition, earthwork, chain link fence, gravel surfacing, riprap, and seeding; providing concrete foundations; installing Government-Furnished equipment including power circuit breakers, disconnecting switches, transformers, vertical switchboard sections, communication tower, station battery system, and station battery chargers; providing, grounding, conduit, cable trench, distribution boards, miscellaneous electrical, and communication facilities; and constructing a site-built control building complete with electrical and mechanical systems. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All work is to be completed within 365 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about February 7, 2024 and the projected bid opening date is March 11,
