The principal components of the work involve demolition of approximately 31 miles of 115-kV transmission line, rebuilding 31 miles of new 115-kV transmission line with 954 kcmil conductor, 3/8-inch overhead ground wire, and 0.465-inch, 24 fiber optical ground wire. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. All work is to be completed within 365 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency.
