The Contractor shall provide all services including technical services to dispose of and recycle large oil filled equipment. The Contractor shall perform all services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
