## Description

PMOC Dispatch Remodel of existing kitchen, operators restroom, hall restrooms; and adding/removing doors. The Contractor shall conduct all necessary demolition to prepare the work area for construction. Requirement includes the following remodel: the existing Dispatch Kitchen and Operators lounge, the existing operator’s restroom including relocating the entry door to the east side of the restroom, existing men’s and women’s restrooms in the basement hallway, and relocate the existing Southeast entry door to the double door frame at the basement hallway.
